World Women's Day
Every 8th of March, the world undeniably celebrates women. Now I'm not going to base this article on who a woman truly is, what she does, how she does what she does, and what makes her truly unique, it's something we are already familiar with. Women are jewels whose full potential are only coming into full play in recent times. The journey for liberation had been a long and rocky one and although we're still fighting because we still have a journey ahead of us, we just can't stop to appreciate all the women who had in one way or another contributed to the success so far of this journey. In the same vain, I'm dedicating this poem to all the women out there, not just to appreciate you but to remind you to keep pushing.
